From my 19+ years of being a family law paralegal in Colorado, and going through my own divorce many years ago, I understand the variety of obstacles divorce can put in someone’s path. I have also witnessed divorces with compassion, respect, healthy co-parenting relationships, financial support, and compromise. A more effective and less destructive way to dissolve a marriage.
White Oak Divorce Coaching provides you with guidance so you can show up being educated, prepared, and emotionally ready for the divorce process. All while making sure your goals and personal values are at the forefront of important decisions you are now forced to make.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in Virginia, surrounded by white oak trees. The oak trees in my front yard showed my younger self peace, protection, and strength. Under those trees I imagined my future and believed anything was possible. Along with the trees in my yard, my parents stood as my unwavering oak trees, providing me the support, encouragement, and love that guided me to become a compassionate individual, paralegal, and coach.
As I traveled through my own divorce years ago, I depended greatly on all of my oak trees to guide me through a situation that was completely foreign to me. And again, as I built a new life with a blended family, I found strength and grounding in those same trees.
White Oak Divorce Coaching was created as I too, want to provide my clients guidance, clarity, and emotional stability as they process through their own divorce and the creation of their new life, just as my oak trees did for me.

Each divorce is unique, just like each family member going through a divorce. It’s not a one size fits all. We don’t always show up with our best self being present;
feelings are hurt, people are scared, and unsure about their future.
My goal is to keep you future focused and goal oriented, so you can take an active role in your divorce

At White Oak Divorce Coaching, I believe divorce does not have to define your future. While it may be one of life's most difficult transitions, it can also be an opportunity to make thoughtful decisions, protect what matters most, and begin building a healthier next chapter.
I believe that informed, intentional choices lead to better outcomes—for you, your children, your finances, and your future.
A successful divorce is not measured by what you win from the other person. It is measured by how well you protect your peace, preserve your relationships with your children, make sound financial decisions, and create a foundation for the life you want moving forward.
